The Virtual Food and Wine ~~ Hawaiian Pineapple and Coconut Bread

Welcome to the Virtual Food and Wine Festival, please join and stop by the other blogs to see all the other delicious recipes. And thanks to Debs for hosting and coming up with the great idea to share these recipes.....

This year at The Food and Wine Festival at Epcot, one of the new booths added was HAWAII. They served up some really great food from all the reviews I have heard. I could not get there this year myself but, I have attended the festival in past years and it is simply the best. I know how much fun it is walking from country to country and trying all the different foods..

 This Year's Menu Features Are

Kalua Pork Sliders with Sweet and Sour Dole Pineapple Chutney and spicy mayonnaise. Tuna Poke with Seaweed Salad and Lotus Root Chips. And the drinks to compliment your Hawaiian food delights are Seven Tiki Mai Tai, Kona Longboard & Kona Pipeline.
They all sound DELICIOUS...

My recipe features a Gourmet Chef we all know Remy, and we know he can cook, lol. I found this awesome recipe in my copy of Disney Files Magazine which I get through the Disney Vacation Club. I thought since it was coconut and pineapple it sounded very Hawaiian. This recipe is baked at the Newest Disney Resort in Hawaii, Aulani. I have not tried it yet but, soon. It looks so yummy. I love anything with coconut and pineapple.. Thanks for stopping by and let me know what you think of this recipe...
