The Magical Blogorail ~~ Most Romantic Thing at Disney

The Most Romantic Thing I Have Witnessed at Disney

Welcome to those of you joining me from Joanna and her Amazing Technicolor Interwebs  and those of you just hopping aboard, I am the 3rd stop on our Magical Blogorail Peach.

The topic for this month's post is about Most Romantic Thing I have witnessed at Disney. I can't think of anything more romantic than getting married at Walt Disney World. I have witnessed it once at Beach Club Resort and Mickey and Minnnie were right there with the happy couple.

It would be a dream come true for me to get married at Disney but, since I'm already married (happily for 18 years), I thought I would find out some details about what's involved to get married at Walt Disney World.

First, just to let you know there is a  Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons team. They suggest you book your dream Disney wedding 16 months in advance. This ensures couples they can  reserve the venue of their choice, and to allow plenty of time for relaxed planning with their Disney Wedding Planner. These Specialists are assigned to help arrange with everything from the food, flowers, pictures, video, transportation and complete any other special event details.

Second, A little girl's dream come true is when she feels like a Princess and having that Fairy Tale Wedding. To make that come true you need to have the gown to match. This is where Disney comes in, they are able to create a fairy-tale gown. Brides looking for a lovely couture can turn to the Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings by Alfred Angelo collection, inspired by the style and personality of seven iconic Disney Princesses: Ariel, Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Snow White, and Tiana.
The collection includes classic, grand ball gowns in layers of tulle and sparkle net, updated fit and flare styles to highlight curves and movement, and pleated and wrapped bodices to flatter the bride's figure.

Lastly, THE CAKE!! This one below is one of my favorites with all the bling and the castle too, it would definitely be my choice.  A classic white cake, with a chocolate castle cake topper and bling,  Just heavenly!

  7. I looked into getting married at DL and WDW and wish that I could've afforded it.  The next best thing was honeymooning at WDW but one day I hope to drag my hubby down to DL for a vow renewal at 25 years.  Or maybe convince my daughter when it's her turn to get married there!

  8. Oh my goodness, that cake!  My husband and I have talked about renewing our vows at WDW one day (maybe not for a little bit... we've been married 5 years so we'll wait at least another 5, I'm sure).   I may need to convince him we need that cake for it because I will be dreaming of that now!  :)
