My Favorite Epcot Pavilion is Germany

Welcome to those of you joining me from Joanna and her Amazing Technicolor Interwebs and those of you just hopping aboard. I am the 3rd stop on our Magical Blogorail Peach.
Favorite World Showcase Pavilion at Epcot

My favorite World Showcase Pavilion is Germany. As part of my Disney Bucket list, I want to try every country in the world showcase pavilion.  It is hard to choose a favorite but, definitely one of my favorites is Germany. I have been there a few times over the years and recently went to have lunch their while on our October vacation. We took the whole family and had a great time, the food was great and the entertainment was even better.

The food is served buffet style and included some traditional German foods as well as some American Favorites, believe me there was so much to choose from you will not have any trouble finding something here for every one.  There was chicken, schnitzel, potatoes, salads, macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, sausage and lots of desserts.  I tried mostly all of it and really liked everything except the meatloaf in the dark brown gravy. The desserts were great especially the cheesecake and the berry compote. We were there for lunch and it was less expensive then going for dinner and the menu is the same. At lunch it's also less crowded and you won't miss the fireworks.

But, I think when the band comes out to play and the Oktoberfest Show starts is the most fun for us. The audience is very excited and joins in the fun. We sing and dance to the music and the kids love it. We also enjoyed one part especially, the cow bells being played by a member of the band. There is also another great moment when one member is playing the long horn; it was a highlight of the meal. This is a fun place to eat and listen to some great music, the kids really loved it.
