A Sweet Treat for the 4th of July - Berry Flag Cake

 For the 4th of July celebration - I think this might be my winner. I need to make something simple, sweet and festive for our celebration. I love using berries in my desserts, they add so much flavor and a Little bit of healthy. LOL.

Coconut milk in both the cake and frosting give this classic berry flag cake a rich and unique flavor. It's important to keep the frosting chilled, particularly on a warm summer day. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use and keep cake chilled until ready to serve.
