BoneFish Grill - New Fall Crush Menu

My husband and I had the pleasure of having a terrific night at the Bonefish Grill last week. I was very excited to try their new fall menu which includes some seasonal specials. On the menu there were some new fish, burger and wine menu items for you to choose from. It has a casual setting and we were excited to just relax and enjoy.

When we got to the Bonefish Grill I was very impressed, the staff was very warm, the restaurant itself was inviting and beautiful with candles on the tables. I couldn't wait to order after seeing the menu and while we waited our server brought warm bread and olive oil with spices for dipping. This is a great way to start your dinner - these combined Italian spices are great with warm bread.

One of the appetizers I wanted to try was the Cold Snap Fresh Ceviche - which was served so elegantly in a frozen glass made entirely of ice - it looked so cool (no pun intended). It had chilled bay scallops, shrimp, fresh fish, vegetables, avocado, cucumber, jalapeno, citrus, cilantro + warm tortilla chips. I definitely recommend this if you love seafood, it tasted amazing, all the combined flavors of the scallops, shrimp and the jalapeno were incredible.

I had the Vintner's Burger it was delicious. The Kobe burger included caramelized red onions and blue cheese. It also has this tangy sweet red wine jam on it which gave it such great flavor. Loved it. I also had the Blackberry Red Sangria - which was great with this burger.  It had blackberries/oranges in it and it perfectly complemented the burger I had.  I highly recommend this sweet and fresh tasting Sangria.

My husband had the Atlantic Salmon with Bacon Jam Butter. It was amazing - the flavors of fish and salty bacon married together giving it that delicious flavor.  The salmon was fantastic, well cooked but not over cooked and dried out.  The Bacon Jam Butter was amazing and added a whole additional level to the flavor of the fish. The smashed garlic potatoes were indeed a fabulous accompaniment - they were so yummy.

After having one of the best dinner's in ages, we did want to try a dessert that intrigued us as we perused the dessert menu. The SANGRIA FLATBREAD -- it was a brioche flatbread topped with a berry sangria preserve, mascarpone cheese, candied pecans + drizzled with a creamy wine custard sauce. This dessert was very interesting in its combinations of the nuts, sweetness and wine flavor. A very interesting merriment of tastes.

I thought the staff was amazing, very attentive and friendly. I loved going to the Bonefish Grill for dinner and enjoyed the atmosphere very much. Their menu was exciting and refreshing with a lot of choices for everyone. If you want a great night out with your family and enjoy some great food - be sure and visit them.

Disclosure: I was given a $50 Gift Card to try some of the new fall menu items at Bonefish Grill. In no way did this influence my opinions in any way. All opinions are honest and true.
