I had a chance to try some of the exciting colors inspired by the film.
I love the whole enchanting collection! It's got great Spring colors for the face, cheeks and lips. I tried the Icicle Face Palette, Glow Eyeshadows, Super Glossy Lip Shines and the Eye Lashes. The super glossy lip shine colors are bright and bold in orange, pink and white with hints of glitter. The Angel lip color is white and looks like snow, it is also shear lip gloss. I loved the coral/light pink color called Pink Kiss and Fuchsia Fireworks had a hot pink tint to it also equally bold on the lips.
Then on your face the blush colors are a light highlighter, rose blush and the bronzer all applied to the cheeks giving them a beautiful natural glow. They go on very smooth too. The colors are very neutral and will match your entire wardrobe. And the blush and bronzer give great color payoff too.
The Snow and Ice Glow eye collection has light to dark intense pigment colors, both warm and cool colors. Create a smoky look by layering the many color choices of deep purple, aqua blues, rusty roses and light purple/white colors. Add the false eyelashes for a complete look. It was a little difficult to apply them at first, but with practice it became easier. I also liked the creaminess of the "Let It Go" cream/pink color that could go on as eyeshadow or eyeliner.
To Achieve Elsa's illuminating Ice Queen look
- use a light colored base shadow
- using black eyeliner, apply a medium to thick line
- flick it out at the corners
- add blush and a rosy lip to finish the look
And as beautiful as that - they are easy to get at your local Walgreen's.
Disclaimer: I was given some free samples of the above products from Disney Consumer Products. In know way did this influence my opinions or views. Thank you! Have a Magical Day =)
