Hysterical Video, Real Sloths at the DMV Presented by Zootopia IRL | Oh My Disney




Happy International Sloth Day (today, Oct. 20)! Read on DisFans!! 

And to celebrate (Oh My Disney) released a video honoring the adorable, slow-moving mammals for their popular “Disney IRL” series, which brings beloved Disney characters to the real world in unexpected ways. In the latest episode inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Oscar®-winning feature Zootopia, hidden cameras capture the priceless reactions of DMV-goers, shocked to find real-life sloths working behind the counter.

We all know the DMV can move at a snail’s pace. But what if it moved at a sloth’s pace? Unsuspecting visitors to the DMV were surprised to find that this was actually the case when customers were treated to a scene ripped straight from Zootopia, with real-life sloths stationed at computers and snapping driver’s license photos.

Coca-Cola #Orlando Eye launches Spooky Nights and Spider Frights Halloween Experience

 Something to do on a cold, dark and spooky night! 

Right Now -- the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye is set to become the home of Halloween and the spookiest sight in all of Central Florida. Transforming into a 400-foot tall spider web with giant creepy-crawlies, an all-new light and music show, themed Snapchat filter and more family fun as part of:
“Spooky Nights and Spider Frights” Friday, October 13th to Saturday, November 4th.


The itsy bitsy spider may climb up the water spout, but this month, it’s an enormous 60-foot spider and ten of its eight-legged friends that will take over the top of the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye building creating quite the creepy sight for all to see ­– and take a selfie with of course!


From the I-Drive 360 courtyard, guests can also experience the witching hour as 64,000 LED lights bring the tallest observational wheel on the United States East Coast to life in a kaleidoscopic ten-minute show synchronized to an iconic Halloween soundtrack that is sure to have everyone dancing. 

The light show will run Sun-Thurs at 9pm and Fri-Sat at 9pm and 10pm.

  • Goblins and ghouls of all ages will be able to take in the sights while 400 feet in the air in one of four spooky Halloween-themed capsules. Experience unique views of Orlando surrounded by sneaky spiders, petrified pumpkins, ghoulish ghosts or frightening fall decorations.

The video features professionally trained ballet, tap and jazz dancer Jenna Alvarez with Regan Aliyah -- a Shake It Up dance alumna-- squaring off against Gabe de Guzman and Big Will, who performed together in Katy Perry’s Super Bowl XLIX halftime show.

Fans Gear up to “Find the Force” in global augmented reality treasure hunt to celebrate the launch of the new product line for Star Wars: The Last Jedi


Disney and Lucasfilm kicked off the countdown to Force Friday II, the global event celebrating the launch of the products from Star Wars: The Last Jedi, with an AR surprise for Star Wars fans around the world.

Fans within a mile of 20 global landmarks simply open the Star Wars App, select Find the Force and point their phone to the sky to see a short augmented reality scene unfold. The 10-second animation shows a Star Destroyer loom over key landmarks as two TIE Fighters shoot past into the distance.

“This Force Friday II weekend, we’re inviting fans and families to join the Resistance and help ‘Find the Force’ in our global augmented reality treasure hunt taking place across more than 20,000 retail locations. We’re kicking the event off with an extra AR surprise for anyone near 20 of the world’s most iconic destinations. Just open the Star Wars App – and look up!,” comments Paul Southern, Senior Vice President, Global Licensing at Lucasfilm.

Fans with the Star Wars App near one of the 20 landmarks can take pictures of the AR scene and join the social conversation using #FindtheForce and #ForceFriday. Others can check out videos and photos of the scenes at starwars.com.

Today through Sept. 3, fans can view the AR scene within a mile of the following geographical coordinates (there are apps and other mean to convert geographic coordinates to a point on a map):

Following the global phenomenon of Force Friday in 2015, Disney and Lucasfilm today announced Find the Force, a global augmented reality (AR) event rolling out on Force Friday II (September 1) to commemorate the worldwide launch of new products inspired by Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

The pop-up AR treasure hunt aims to unite fans around the world in the battle against the dark side in a unique three-day event at over 20,000 retail locations across 30 countries. As fans turn up to take home new The Last Jedi products, they will have the opportunity to activate a unique augmented reality experience featuring Star Wars characters, including fan-favorites and new surprise additions from the film.

“Force Friday II is a major milestone in the countdown to Star Wars: The Last JediStar Wars has always championed new technology, and we are excited that augmented reality will allow fans to experience the universe in a whole new way,” says Kathleen Kennedy, President of Lucasfilm.

From September 1-3, retailers around the world will invite fans to Find the Force by taking part in an AR treasure hunt. Here’s how it works: first, download the Star Wars App, which is your one-stop-shop for all things Star Wars (those who already have the app will need to download the latest version). Then, visit any one of 20,000 participating retail locations to find a graphic that contains the Find the Force logo. When you scan the graphic using the Star Wars App, you’ll reveal a character, who through augmented reality, will appear in the room with you. You can then take photos, record videos, and share the experience on social media. Come back each day to reveal new characters 
(15 in total across the program’s three-day run).

By sharing photos or videos featuring the in-store AR characters on Twitter or Instagram using #FindtheForce and #Sweepstakes throughout Force Friday II weekend, fans in select global markets can participate in a sweepstakes for the chance to win the ultimate fan experience: tickets to the Star Wars: The Last Jedi premiere in December.

Comedian and Disney voice actor Scott Adsit today reprised his role as Baymax, the beloved personal healthcare companion from Big Hero 6.  This newest episode from the popular digital series “Disney IRL,” which brings lovable Disney characters into the real world and captures the surprising reactions. 

In “Baymax IRL,” surprised beachgoers were treated to a dose of Disney magic when everyone’s favorite robot healthcare companion comes to the rescue of passersby in distress for an adorable “in real life” experience. 

Baymax monitors pollen levels in the air, roots on a jogger and even hits the field to participate in a game of soccer. When Baymax comes to the real world to live out his life’s purpose  to help people  everyone is surely to be satisfied with their care.
